AMENDED NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF COMPLAINT FOR
EXONERATION FROM OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NOTICE is hereby given that Six Skulls Rentals, LLC and Michael S. Moran, as the owner and operator of the M/V STRANGER DANGER ("Petitioners"), have filed a Complaint pursuant to Title 46 U.S.C. §§ 30501– 30512 as amended, claiming the right to exoneration from, or limitation of liability of all claims for any loss, damages or personal injury arising out of the alleged events and/or incident involving a passenger on the chartered vessel, the M/V STRANGER DANGER on or about June 1, 2024 , and Petitioner's activities related thereto, all as is more fully set forth in the Complaint.
All persons, firms, or corporations asserting claims with respect to which the Complaint seeks exoneration from or limitation of liability are admonished to file their respective claims, under oath, as provided in Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and must serve a copy thereof on counsel for Petitioners, Timothy Strickland of Kean Miller LLP, 711 Louisiana St., Suite 1800, Houston, Texas 77002, on or before the 14th day of July, 2026 or be defaulted.
Any claimant desiring to contest either the right to exoneration from, or the right to limitation of liability, shall file and serve an answer as required by the aforesaid Supplemental F Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims contained in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and must serve on or mail to Limitation Petitioners' attorney a copy thereof unless this claim has included an answer.
