ZONING CASES
This notice authorizes the City Council to approve a different zoning district than the one requested, except that the different district may not (1) have a maximum structure height, floor area ratio, or density that is higher than the one requested; or (2) be "nonresidential" when the one requested is for residential uses or vice versa. The City of Rowlett and City of Garland Engineering Divisions, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Rowlett's and City of Garland's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between generally located between Liberty Grove Road and approximately 8,000 linear feet upstream of Liberty Grove Road.
