Date and Time of Hearing: Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Location of Hearing: Sachse Municipal Court 3815-B Sachse Road Sachse, Texas 75048 Property Identification The real property located at 6713 Valley View Lane, Sachse, Texas 75408 and structure thereon, further described as: Lot 28 of Pleasant Valley Ranch Estates, Phase IV and IIIA Rep, an Addition to the City of Sachse, Dallas County, Texas, according to the Map thereof recorded in Volume 85901, Page 2046, Map Records, Dallas County, Texas. Description of Violations: The property has been determined to contain conditions that render it substandard and in violation of minimum standards, including but not limited to: -Rusted oil and paint cans, discarded car parts, wood pallets, tree stumps and miscellaneous trach in the rear of the property making the conditions of the property substandard under Section 6-7 of the Code; -A fire truck, a jeep, several boats, and several jet skis making the property substandard under Section 9-7 of the Code; and -Cinder blocks, car parts, lawn equipment parts, rusted grills, building materials, tires, miscellaneous items; Notice to Owner, Mortgagee, or Lienholder: The owner, mortgagee, or lienholder is required to appear at the hearing and submit proof of: -The scope of any work necessary to bring the property into compliance; and -The time reasonably required to complete such work.
