Notice of Destruction of Special Education Program Records
Special Education records collected by the Lake Travis Independent School District (LTISD) related to the identification, evaluation, educational placement, SHARS billing, or the provision of special education services in the district must be maintained under state and federal laws for a period of seven (7) years after special education services have ended for the student.
This notification is to inform parents/guardians/adult students and former students of LTISD's intent to destroy inactive special education records from the 2018-2019 school year. These records will be destroyed in accordance with state law on November 2nd, 2026, unless the parent/guardian or eligible (adult) student notifies LTISD otherwise.
After seven years, the records are no longer used by LTISD, but they may be useful to the parent/guardian or former student when applying for Social Security benefits, rehabilitation services, college entrance, etc. Parents/guardians or eligible (adult) students may request to review or receive copies of the records in writing or by contacting Lake Travis ISD Special Education Offices, 607 Ranch Road 620 North, Austin, TX 78734, phone: 512-533-6460. Proof of identity will be required.
Requests for copies must be received by October 25, 2026. Photocopies will be provided at a cost of 10 cents per page.

Tesla is proposing to construct a culvert, detention pond, stilling basin, and diversion channel as part of the Harold Green Road project, which will connect the northbound access road of SH130 with Austins Colony Boulevard.
Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request will be submitted that will, in part, revise the following flood hazards along Elm Creek, Diversion Channel, Elm Creek tributary 1, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Elm Creek and Unnamed Tributary 2 to Elm Creek.
The floodway will be revised from Cannan Matthew Drive to the FM969 crossing along Elm Creek. The floodway will increase and decrease within the revised area.
A floodway will be established from the confluence of the Diversion Channel with the Colorado River to the upstream end of the Diversion Channel where it diverges from Elm Creek west of Wickham Lane.
Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will increase and decrease along Elm Creek and be established along Diversion Channel, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Elm Creek and Unnamed Tributary 2 to Elm Creek.
The SFHA will increase and decrease along Elm Creek and Elm Creek Tributary 1 and be established along Diversion Channel, Unnamed Tributary 1 to Elm Creek and Unnamed Tributary 2 to Elm Creek

The Board of Directors of Travis County Water Control and Improvement District – Point Venture will publicly receive sealed bids on their $7,435,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2026 on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:30 A.M., CDT. The Board will publicly review and award the sale of the Bonds at the District's offices at 18606 Venture Drive, Point Venture, Texas 78645 at 5:00 P.M., CDT on Thursday, October 22, 2026. In the event the Board conducts its meeting telephonically or by videoconference, then the meeting agenda (which will be available at tcwcid-pv.org) shall specify the information for any member of the public, including each bidder, to participate by telephone or videoconference. All bids, including those being hand delivered, must be received by 9:30 A.M., CDT on the date of the bid opening. Any bid received after the scheduled time for receipt will not be accepted by the Board and will be returned unopened. The Board will immediately take action to reject any or all bids or accept the qualifying bid resulting in the lowest net effective interest rate to the District.
