    TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY Notice of Draft Federal Operating Permit Draft Permit No.: O93 Application and Draft Permit. The University of Texas at Austin, 1301 E Dean Keeton St, Austin, TX 78712-1895, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a renewal and revision of Federal Operating Permit (herein referred to as Permit) No. O93, Application No. 39594, to authorize operation of the Hal C. Weaver Power Plant, a Fossil Fuel Electric Power Generation facility. The area addressed by the application is located at 215 E 24th St in Austin, Travis County, Texas 78712- 1731. All reasonably ascertainable issues must be raised, and all reasonably available arguments must be submitted by the end of the public comment period.
