THE COLONY M.U.D. 1-F LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required for the construction of improvements associated with THE COLONY M.U.D. 1-F4, 1-F5, AND 1-F5 DOG PARK LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, for HUNT COMMUNITIES BASTROP, LLC. will be received at the office of SEC Planning, LLC., located at 3600 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 210, Austin, Texas 78727 until 2:00 pm CDT, Thursday, May 28, 2026 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read. Bids received after the scheduled opening time will be discarded.
Scope of the Project: The Contractor shall provide construction of site wayfinding, roadside perimeter planting and irrigation. All work must conform to State of Texas, Bastrop Country and MUD 1-F4,1-F5 rules, specifications and criteria. P&P Bonding will be a requirement of the contract.
Bid Documents (Electronic Format) may be obtained from SEC Planning, LLC, with a request by email at bids@secplanning.com. Bidder must provide contact information including Company Name, Contact Person, Address, Phone and Email to be included in the plan holder bid list and obtain download link. Files will be available beginning May 6, 2025.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 2:00 pm (Prime Contractors only), in the offices of SEC Planning, LLC., 3600 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 210, Austin, Texas 78727. No questions will be responded to if received after 5pm May 21, 2026.
A bid bond or certified cashier's check must accompany each bid in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount payable to Hunt Communities Bastrop LLC.
