The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit bids from entities interested in providing services related to interior renovation of a suite within an existing two-story building, Contract #26TIMC22701O. The work area is located at 4001 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 100 in Austin, Texas. The engineer's construction estimate for the project is approximately $3M.
