This Land is currently zoned; L-V-NP and CS-1-V-NP: Lake Commercial (L) District-Commercial-Liquor Sales-Vertical Mixed Use Building (V) Combining District-Neighborhood Plan District. The applicant proposes the land be rezoned; PUD-NP: Planned Unit Development District-Neighborhood Plan district.
