Meeting ID: 217 931 340 863 398 Conference ID: 388 879 49# Code: jw3v2Ai9 Phone Number: 929-376-1631 Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: The work covered by these Specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, materials and performing all operations in connection with the demolition and removal of existing fences and the installation of approximately 2,895 linear feet of 6'0" masonry wall along with associated columns complete in accordance with the Plans, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. The project requires the contractor to remove and dispose of the existing fencing and erect any temporary chain link fencing needed to protect the site and individual lots during construction. All cross fences shall be re-installed to tie-in to the proposed wall. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held onsite at 2716 Barton Creek Blvd., Austin, Texas, 78735 at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, August 5, 2026.
