Travis County WCID No. 17 FLINTROCK EFFLUENT IMPROVEMENTS – PHASE 3 Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) addressed to Travis County WCID No. 17 for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the Project named above will be received until August 06, 2026 at 2:00PM, then publicly opened and read aloud at the Travis County WCID No. 17 Office, located at 14903 Broken Bow Trail, Austin, TX 78734. Sealed Bid envelopes shall state the project name, and the date and time of the bid. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening time. Any bids received after the scheduled bid opening time will not be opened or considered. Proposals will only be accepted from Prequalified Contractors.
