City of Bee Cave, Texas and Bee Cave Development Corporation Fiscal Year(s) 2025 and 2026 Funding of City Projects
The City of Bee Cave (the "City") and the Bee Cave Development Corporation, (the "BCDC") notifies the public of the public hearing on the following item that will be presented to the City Council for their consideration:
Public hearing regarding the use of the Bee Cave Development Corporation's funds for the fiscal year(s) beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2026, for the Magnolia Musical Theatre project.
The BCDC desires to make an expenditure on behalf of the Magnolia Musical Theatre to assist in the funding of the Magnolia Musical Theatre Project. The BCDC would enter into a ("Performance Agreement") with the Magnolia Musical Theatre group which would further outline jobs to be created or retained, capital investment to be made, and the terms of repayment if Magnolia Musical Theatre does not meet the performance requirements under the Performance Agreement.
The City Council held the first public hearings on December 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. and will hold the second public hearing on January 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The second public hearing will be held at 4000 Galleria Pkwy, Bee Cave, TX 78738. This will allow the public an opportunity to provide public comments on the implementation of the Performance Agreement between the BCDC and the Magnolia Musical Theatre group and the project being funded by BCDC.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vista Municipal Utility District of Travis County (the "District") has adopted an Order Adopting Consolidated Rate Order and Rules and Regulations; Establishing a Wastewater Control Order; Establishing Certain Other Policies; and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof (the "Rate Order').
The Rate Order of the District establishes the rates and conditions under which water and sanitary sewer services will be provided. The Rate Order also establishes the penalty for violation of any of the rules and/or regulations of the District.
