TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Chapter 49.062 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, the Board of Directors of Pura Vida Municipal Management District No. 1 of Travis County (the "District") has, on February 4, 2026 established offices and the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) Winstead PC, 600 W. 5th Street, Suite 900, Austin, Texas 78701 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of district records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District;

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Bee Cave will hold public hearings to consider an ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan included in Section 3.2 of the "Our Bee Cave 2037 Comprehensive Plan". The proposed amendments include new roadway segments, intersection improvements, and other mobility enhancements.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings for the Above Referenced Matters:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider adoption of the ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan.
