NOTICE OF MEETING PLACES
TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF PILOT KNOB MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUCH DISTRICT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the "District") has established District offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at: (a) the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701; (b) 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 875, Austin, Texas 78701; (c) the Easton Park Land Development trailer, 10010 ½ FM 1625, Austin, Texas; (d) the offices of Brookfield Residential, 9600 North Mopac Expressway, Suite 750, Austin, Texas; (e) the offices of DuBois, Bryant & Campbell, LLP, 303 Colorado, Suite 2300, Austin, Texas; and (f) the offices of Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc. ("JHA"), 13915 N. Mopac Expressway, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78728, which meeting places are hereby declared to be public places open to the public. The offices of JHA are also established as an office for the purpose of opening bids for construction contracts and filing and mandatory engineering and construction records. All residents and taxpayers of Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District No. 1 and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors.
