To the residents and taxpayers of Sandow Municipal Utility District No. 1C (the "District") and to all the persons interested in the meetings of the Board of Directors of such District:
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors, at an organizational meeting held August 7, 2025, inside the boundaries of the District, established (1) an official office at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 919 Congress Avenue, Suite 1500, Austin, Texas 78701, and (2) offices at the offices of (a) Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., 614 Holleman Drive East, Suite 1100, College Station, Texas 77840, (b) Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., 5301 Southwest Parkway, Suite 100, Building 2, Austin, Texas 78735, and (c) Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., 11700 Katy Freeway, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77079 for the purposes of receiving bids on certain public works projects, administering construction contracts for such projects, receiving correspondence related to such contracts, and for the storage of the plans and specifications of such projects. Said meeting places are hereby declared to be public places and open to the public. All residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meetings of the Board of Directors at such locations.
