The applicant proposes the land be rezoned; DMU-H-CO-ETOD-DBETOD: Downtown Mixed Use District-Historic Landmark Combining District-Conditional; Overlay Combining District- Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Combining District-Density Bonus Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Combining District
