This Land is currently zoned; NBG-NP-WMU: North Burnet/Gateway District-Neighborhood Plan District-Warehouse Mixed Use. The applicant proposes the land be rezoned; NBG-NP-CMU: North Burnet/Gateway District-Neighborhood Plan District-Commercial Mixed Use.
2. 12940 N US 183 Highway Services Road, SB, as more fully described in the Austin Planning Dept., C14-2025-0056. This land is currently zoned; GR and LO: Community Commercial District-Limited Office District. The applicant proposes the land be rezoned; GR-V-CO: Community Commercial District-Vertical Mixed Use Building Combining District-Conditional Overlay Combining District.
3. 1116, 1120 and 1120 ½ West Howard Lane, as more fully described in the Austin Planning Dept., file no., C14-93-0047(RCA). This is a notice to Amend a Restrictive Covenant. Note: Amendment Requested: The applicant is proposing to amend a previously approved Restrictive Covenant Agreement (the "RCA") to remove Lot 6A and to update the legal description of the remaining lots, 3-A-B, 4-A and 5-A, subject to the Original RC, to include all of current Lot 3-A-B. This will allow Lot 3-A-B to remain in compliance with impervious cover requirements as Lots 3-A-B, 4-A, and 5-A will be construed as a "single site" going forward.
