NOTICE OF MEETING PLACES
TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF PRESIDENTIAL GLEN MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUCH DISTRICT:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Presidential Glen Municipal Utility District (the "District") has established meeting places inside the boundaries of the District at (a) the Presidential Heights Amenity Center located at 19300 Samuel Welch Way, Manor, Texas 78653 and (b) the Presidential Glen Club House located at 19616 Andrew Johnson Drive, Manor, Texas 78653; and District offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at: (a) the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701; (b) 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 875, Austin, Texas 78701; (c) the offices of Dwyer Realty Companies ("DRC"), 9900 Highway 290 East, Manor, Texas 78653; (d) the offices of Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc. ("JHA"), 13915 N. MoPac Expressway, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78728; (e) the offices of Pape-Dawson Engineers, Inc. ("PDE"), 7800 Shoal Creek Blvd., Suite #220-W, Austin, Texas 78757; and (f) Casa Garcia's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, 12700 Lexington Street, Building A, Manor, Texas 78653. The offices of DRC, JHA, and PDE are also established as offices for the purpose of opening bids for construction contracts and filing and maintaining engineering and construction records. The District meeting places are hereby declared to be public places open to the public. All residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors.
