TO THE RESIDENTS OF RIVERS MARKET PLACE MUNICIPAL
MANAGEMENT DISTRICT OF BASTROP COUNTY AND ALL OTHER
INTERESTED PARTIES:
TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Chapter 49.062 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, the Board of Directors of Rivers Market Place Municipal Management District of Bastrop County (the "District") has, on February 6, 2026, established offices and the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) Winstead PC, 600 W. 5th Street, Suite 900, Austin, Texas 78701 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of district records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District; (ii) BGE Inc., 501 S Austin Ave. Suite 1701 Directors Blvd, Suite 1000, Austin, Texas 78744 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids; (iii) American Ventures, Cambridge Tower, 1801 Lavaca, Suite 116, Austin, Texas 78701 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District;. Said offices are hereby declared to be a public place and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board held at such locations.
YOU WILL THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOREGOING FACTS.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Bee Cave will hold public hearings to consider an ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan included in Section 3.2 of the "Our Bee Cave 2037 Comprehensive Plan". The proposed amendments include new roadway segments, intersection improvements, and other mobility enhancements.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings for the Above Referenced Matters:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider adoption of the ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.
The draft Thoroughfare Plan is on file and available for review by contacting the Planning and Development Department at Planning@beecavetexas.gov.
