The City of Del Rio is requesting Qualifications / Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Silver Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements
TWDB Project No. 73785
Proposals for the construction of the Project will be received at the Del Rio City Hall located at 109 West Broadway, Del Rio, Texas 78840, until August 6th, 2026 at 2 PM local time. At that time submissions will be publicly opened and the names of the offerors and monetary proposals shall be read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work:
1. Remove existing brush aeration equipment and replace with new disc aerator equipment, make structural modifications to support new aeration equipment and modify effluent weir box.
2. Remove existing chlorine disinfection equipment and replace with new chlorine disinfection
equipment including scales, feeders, regulators, booster pumps and associated piping.
3. Replace / upsize existing clarifier no. 3 influent piping.
4. Replace electrical service entrance switchgear and construct new electrical motor control
center for new and future aeration equipment.
5. Construct various concrete slabs, canopies and enclosures for supporting and protecting electrical equipment.
6. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Funding
Any contract awarded under this Request for Qualifications is expected to be funding in part or in whole by financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Neither the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) nor the State of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, employees, are or will be a party to this Request for Qualifications or any resulting contract.
Any contract awarded under this Request for Qualifications is contingent upon the release of funds from the TWDB.
Any contract awarded under this Request for Qualifications is subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements of federal law, including the federal appropriations acts and/or Section 608 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Disadvantage Business This contract is subject to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) State Revolving Fund (SRF) Procurement requirements, which includes and offers procurement opportunities to all businesses during solicitations. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Live Oak, Texas is seeking Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified and experienced public accounting firms whose principal officers are independent CPAs. Objectives are to obtain audit services for performance of the City's annual financial audit and, if necessary, single audit of state and federal grants for three (3) fiscal years beginning with fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 thru fiscal year ending September 30, 2028, with an option to renew for two more years, and to obtain other related services as stated within the RFP.

Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio, Inc. (Habitat) is requesting sealed bids from qualified, responsible bidders for the Rancho Carlota, Unit 6 Subdivision – Water, Sewer, Streets, Sidewalks, Drives, Drainage, and related Improvements. Work includes all labor, materials and equipment required for the construction of water, sewer, streets, sidewalks, drives, drainage, and related improvements to create a 45-lot residential subdivision. Qualified firms will be able to comply with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts and Federal Labor Standards and the City of San Antonio's and Bexar County's Labor Standard Provisions. All qualified firms including Small, Minority, and Women Owned Businesses and Section 3 Certified Businesses are encouraged to submit bids in response to this bid invitation. Habitat reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its option and to waive any formalities. The Notice to Proceed for the Rancho Carlota, Unit 6 Subdivision project with all improvements is expected to be issued by the engineer on or before August 3, 2026. Each bidder shall indicate on his bid the number of calendar days he will require to complete the entire work under the contract. Habitat considers it imperative that the work be completed at the earliest possible date and consideration will be given to the proposed completion date in determining the bidders to whom the contract will be awarded.
