Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 4 Request for Proposals Contractors are invited to submit proposals for the Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 4 (BCESD 4) Water Main Construction project. The project will be constructed under a San Antonio Water System (SAWS) General Construction Permit (GCP) therefore Contractors proposing must be a SAWS approved contractor. Project proposals will provide for all labor, supervision, materials, services, and equipment required to construct a new water main (154 L.F. of 12" C900, CLASS 235 PVC) located on BCESD 4 property which is located adjacent to IH10 West between Ranchland View and Fox Briar Lane. The site is identified by an on-site BCESD 4 sign.
