In accordance with Art. 6252-17 sec. 3A(a), (g) and (h) V.A.C.S. and Subchapter Z, Chapter 152.905 Local Government Code V.A.C.S., notice is hereby given that the 14th, 44th, 68th, 95th, 101st, 116th, 134th, 160th, 162nd, 191st, 192nd, 193rd, and 298th District Courts will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the 95th Civil District Court located on the 6th floor, George Allen Courts Building, 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75202. The purpose of this hearing is to receive testimony and set Fiscal Year 2027 compensation for the Official Court Reporters of the above mentioned District Courts.

According to the definition of Significant Non-Compliance as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(vii), A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of their permit to discharge industrial wastewater into the City of Richardson Sewer System and to the NTMWD Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) during the period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in SNC of its Industrial Users Permit for submitting reports greater than thirty days late. The excursions did not appear to adversely affect the NTMWD Rowlett Creek RWWTP.
