The City of Rowlett City Council will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 to consider and take action regarding a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a Tattoo Parlor on a property zoned Planned Development (PD) with General Commercial/Retail (C-2) uses. The subject site is located at 5321 Lakeview Parkway within Suite 104, out of the Thomas Lumley Survey, abstract No.789, Dallas County, Texas.
The Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting will be held in the City Hall chambers located at 4000 Main Street, Rowlett, Texas 75088. The public can view live on the City's website or via RTN16. Staff's analysis and all associated exhibits will be published by Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
