NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Dallas, Texas will hold a public hearing at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, via videoconferencing and in the Council Chambers, 6th Floor at City Hall, to consider the following application requesting a variance to the alcohol spacing requirements required by Section 6-4 of the Dallas City Code. The public may watch the meeting on Spectrum Cable Channel 16 and bit.ly/cityofdallastv. The agenda will provide the videoconference link. AV256-003/CPR-26-000179 Consideration of an application for a variance to the alcohol spacing requirements from a public school [Annie W Blanton Elementary School], as required by Section 6-4 of the Dallas City Code to allow a wine and beer retailer's off-premise permit (BQ) to Chapter 26 of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, for a general merchandise or food store greater than 3,500 square feet [La Michoacana Supermarket] located in a D-1 liquor control overlay district on the north line of Bruton Road and east of McKim Drive.
