The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for a qualified residential rental project pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). Such qualified residential rental project (the "Development") will be located at or near 1823 North Hall Street, Dallas, Texas 75204, and the initial owner and principal user thereof will be Fairfield Hall Street LP (or a related person or affiliate thereof).
