NOTICE OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION HEARING
RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST
The City Plan Commission of the City of Dallas, Texas, will hold a public hearing at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2026, VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE and in person at CITY HALL (Council Chamber, 6th Floor) 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 to consider the residential replats described below:
RESIDENTIAL REPLATS
PLAT-26-000068 Knight Street, northeast of Harry Hines Boulevard
An application to replat a 0.275-acre (12,000-square foot) tract of land containing all Common Area A in City Block 28/2280 to create three 0.092-acre (4,000-square foot) lots on property located on Knight Street, northeast of Harry Hines Boulevard.
PLAT-26-000093 Hull Avenue, south of Linfield Road
An application to replat a 0.5308-acre (23,123-square foot) tract of land containing part of Lot 1 in City Block 7638 to create three 0.1769-acre (7,708-square foot) lots on property located on Hull Avenue, south of Linfield Road.
PLAT-26-000106 Pleasant Drive, south of Elam Road
An application to replat a 0.438-acre (19,099-square foot) tract of land containing part of Lots 6 and 7 in City Block C/6353 to create one lot on property located on Pleasant Drive, south of Elam Road.
PLAT-26-000110 Cypress Avenue, south of Military Parkway
An application to replat a 0.999-acre (43,507-square foot) tract of land containing all of Lot 54 in City Block 6784 to create one 8,655-square foot lot and four 8,713-square foot lots on property located on Cypress Avenue, south of Military Parkway.
The City Plan Commission meeting will be held by videoconference and in person at City Hall (Council Chamber, 6th Floor) 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas, Texas 75201. At this video conference an opportunity will be provided for all interested parties to be heard concerning this application. Individuals and interested parties wishing to speak must register with the Planning and Development Department by registering online at https://dallascityhall.com/government/Boards-and-Commissions/City-Plan-and-Zoning-Commission/Pages/Meetings.aspx or call (214) 670-4209, by 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2026, eighteen (18) hours prior to the meeting date and time. (No registration is required for an in-person meeting).
Public affairs and Outreach will also stream the public hearing on Spectrum Cable Channel 96 or 99 and bit.ly/cityofdallastv or YouTube.com/CityofDallasCityHall. Speakers at the meeting are allowed a maximum of three minutes to speak.
