NOTICE OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION HEARING
The City Plan Commission of the City of Dallas, Texas will hold a public hearing at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2026, via videoconferencing and in the Council Chamber, on the 6th Floor at City Hall, to determine whether or not Chapter 51, Chapter 51A, and Chapter 51P of the Dallas City Code, as amended, should be amended by the granting of the following applications. The following videoconference link is available to the public to listen to the meeting and Public Affairs and Outreach will stream the City Plan Commission Public hearing on Spectrum Cable Channel 16 and bit.ly/cityofdallastv. Zoning Cases
This notice authorizes the City Plan Commission to recommend approval of a different zoning district than the one requested, except that the different district may not (1) have a maximum structure height, floor area ratio, or density that is higher than the one requested; or (2) be "nonresidential" when the one requested is for residential uses or vice versa. Specific Use Permit requests would allow the additional use(s) on the property but do not change the underlying zoning standards. Development standards including, but not limited to, dimensional requirements, landscaping and tree mitigation requirements, sign regulations, parking requirements, and use regulations, including requirements for specific use permits, may be modified, or eliminated in a planned development district.

Z-26-000011 An application for an amendment to Specific Use Permit 1831 for a bail bonds office on property within the Mixmaster Riverfront Subarea of Planned Development District 784, the Trinity River Corridor Special Purpose District, on the southeast corner of Reunion Blvd and S Riverfront Blvd.
Z-26-000041 An application for an expansion of Subdistrict 1, Planned Development District 101 on property zoned PD 101, on the northwest line of West Camp Wisdom Road, between Belt Line Road and Turnout Lane.
Z-26-000002 An application for WR-3 Walkable Urban Residential District on property zoned R-5(A) Single Family District, on the north line of E Overton Rd, north of E Illinois Ave.
Z-26-000066 An application for a new Specific Use Permit for an alcoholic beverage establishment limited to a microbrewery, micro-distillery, or winery on property zoned CS Commercial Service District, on the northeast line of Haskell Ave between Eastside Ave and Willow St.
