The City of West Lake Hills will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:30 PM before the Zoning and Planning Commission and on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 7:00 PM before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 4010 Bee Cave Rd, West Lake Hills, TX, 78746 giving all interested persons the right to be heard regarding the following item: Regarding proposed changes to Sec. 1.01.003 Definitions, Chapter 20 Administration, Chapter 22 Building Regulations, Chapter 36 Subdivisions and Chapter 38 Zoning of the West Lake Hills Code of Ordinances, related to amendments to processes for variances, duties of ZAPCO, Board of Adjustment and City Council, and standards related to building and zoning/development regulations for private property.
