SpaceX Bastrop Tower Public Notice
Space Exploration Technologies (dba SpaceX) intends to construct a communications facility and tower at Latitude 30.163, Longitude -97.402 on 926 FM-1209, Unit A, Bastrop, TX 78602 . The tower will be a 320' lattice-style self-support with FAA E1 lighting in accordance with FAA AC 70/7460-1M. SpaceX is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR Pt. 1, Appx. C, § V.C. and 47 CFR § 1.1307) implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Interested parties may review the application by performing an ASR Application Search on the FCC.gov website, and entering the Form 854 File Number A1383552. Interested parties may only raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure pursuant to 47 CFR § 1.1307(c) and 47 CFR § 1.1313(b) by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission; such request can only be submitted online and instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest
