Space Exploration Technologies (dba SpaceX) intends to construct a communications facility and tower at Latitude 30.163, Longitude -97.402 on 926 FM-1209, Unit A, Bastrop, TX 78602 . The tower will be a 320' lattice-style self-support with FAA E1 lighting in accordance with FAA AC 70/7460-1M. SpaceX is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR Pt. 1, Appx. A public hearing will be held by the City Council of Austin, Texas, for the disannexation of 1810 Rockcliff Road, Austin, Texas 78746.
