Notice is hereby given that Third Coast Bank, 20202 Highway 59 North, Suite 190, Humble, Texas 77338, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Third Coast Bancshares, Inc., Humble, Texas, intends to file an application with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to merge with Keystone Bank, SSB, 13715 East Ladera Boulevard, Bee Cave, Texas 78738, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Keystone Bancshares, Inc., Bee Cave, Texas and to establish all of the offices of Keystone Bank, SSB as offices of Third Coast Bank. AND RULES AND REGULATIONS; ESTABLISHING
A WASTEWATER CONTROL ORDER; ESTABLISHING CERTAIN OTHER POLICIES; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vista Municipal Utility District of Travis County (the "District") has adopted an Order Adopting Consolidated Rate Order and Rules and Regulations; Establishing a Wastewater Control Order; Establishing Certain Other Policies; and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof (the "Rate Order').
The Rate Order of the District establishes the rates and conditions under which water and sanitary sewer services will be provided. The Rate Order also establishes the penalty for violation of any of the rules and/or regulations of the District.
The full text of the District's Rate Order may be viewed at:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the Round Rock City Council on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Round Rock City Council Chambers located at 221 East Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments concerning the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the time of performance of October 1, 2024-September 30, 2025.
The City of Round Rock is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to make an annual performance evaluation plan available to the public for examination and comment for a period of at least fifteen days. The 2024-2025 CAPER will be available from December 1, 2025 through December 19, 2025 at 5 p.m. for public review in the Office of Community Development, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, TX, and on the City of Round Rock Website at www.roundrocktexas.gov .
