Hays County Development District No. 1 will open bids on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., Houston time, at the offices of The GMS Group, L.L.C., 5075 Westheimer, Suite 1175, Houston, TX 77056-5606 for the District's $3,730,000 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2026. The Board will take action to reject the bids or accept the bid that produces the lowest net effective interest rate for the Bonds at a meeting to be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., Houston time. The meeting will be held at the offices of Carlson, Brigance & Doering, Inc., located at 5701 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, Texas, 78749.
