NOTICE OF INTENT TO CLOSE AND REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY REVOCATION OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE PERMIT
In accordance with the rules of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) at 30 Tex. Admin. Code Section 330.461, this is to notify that the following municipal solid waste (MSW) facility intends to close 90 days after the date of this notice and will file a request for voluntary revocation of MSW Permit No. 119.
The Eco Depot Transfer Station is authorized under Permit No. 119 as a MSW transfer station to receive municipal solid waste to transport to an authorized landfill. The address of the permitted MSW facility is 4001 RR 620 South, Bee Cave, TX 78738.
Interested persons may obtain further information regarding the final closure plan from Texas Landfill Management, LLC, 3306 FM 1327, Creedmoor, TX 78610. Tel. 512-421-1300.
