NOTICE OF MEETING PLACES TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF MIRASOL SPRINGS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUCH DISTRICT: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Mirasol Springs Municipal Utility District has established a meeting place inside the boundaries of the District at 24601 Hamilton Pool Road, Dripping Springs, Texas 78620; and District offices and meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at: (a) the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701; (b) 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 875, Austin, Texas 78701; (c) the offices of McCall Parkhurst & Horton L.L.P., 600 Congress Avenue, Suite 2150, Austin, Texas 78701; and (d) the offices of Consor North America, Inc. (fka Murfee Engineering Company, Inc.), 2600 Via Fortuna, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78746. The offices of Consor North America, Inc. (fka Murfee Engineering Company, Inc.) are also established as offices for the purpose of opening bids for construction contracts and filing and maintaining engineering and construction records. The District meeting places are hereby declared to be public places open to the public. All residents and taxpayers of Mirasol Springs Municipal Utility District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors.
