WAITING LIST OPENS FOR GEORGIAN MANOR AND NORTH LOOP APARTMENTS
Pathways Asset Management, Inc. has announced a waiting list opening for Pathways at Georgian Manor and North Loop Apartments, from 8 a.m. January 13, 2026 to 12 p.m. January 16, 2026.
Applications MUST be submitted through the online application portal at www.hacaapply.org. The application can be accessed by any computer, tablet, or cell phone with an internet connection. Applicants must have an EMAIL address to apply and the ability to access that email.
BEDROOM SIZES:
Pathways at Georgian Manor: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom waiting lists will open.
Pathways at North Loop: 1, and 2 bedroom waiting lists will open.
LOCATION:
Pathways at Georgian Manor is located at 110 Bolles Circle, North of HWY 183, West of IH 35, near North Lamar Blvd.
Pathways at North Loop is located at 2300 W North Loop BLVD, west of Mopac, near Burnet road.
