The Project consists of the following: Construction of Streets, Drainage, Water Quality, Detention, Water, Wastewater, Erosion Control, Electrical, and Traffic Signal Improvements.

The Owner also reserves the right to waive all irregularities and defects in the Bids and the bidding process, except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder that, in the Board's judgment, will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code Section 49.273)
Minimum Wage Scale: The contract will require compliance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2258, Subchapter B, pertaining to prevailing wage rates. In accordance with Texas Water Code Section 49.279, the District specifies the prevailing wage rates for public works established by Travis County, Texas as the District's prevailing wage rates. The contractor for the Project must pay not less than the specified prevailing wage rates to workers employed by it in execution of the contract.
