NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES
The City Council of the City of Pflugerville will hold a public hearing on amendment of impact fees on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, 7:00 p.m. at 1611 East Pfennig Lane. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of a roadway impact fee.
The public is invited to attend and present evidence for or against the proposed fee and associated Capital Improvement Plan. The meeting will be available live for viewing on PfTV on the City website: https://www.pflugervilletx.gov/pfmedia.

A public meeting is being held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at 3400 Sunrise Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665 to discuss the city's proposed project to expand the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System East Plant to 40 Million Gallons per Day (MGD). The East Plant is located at 3939 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665-9443.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the potential environmental impacts of the project. The total estimated construction cost of the project is $117,570,000. There is no expected water/wastewater/drainage rate increase required to finance this project. An application for financial assistance for the project has been filed with the Texas Water Development Board, P.O. Box 13231, Austin, Texas, 78711-3231. A copy of the Environmental Information Document for the project has been prepared which will be available for public review at 3400 Sunrise Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665 and at www.roundrocktexas.gov for 30 days following the date of this notice.
