NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
REPLAT
Public hearings will be held on May 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning Commission at the City of Pflugerville Municipal Court Building, located at 1611 Pfennig Lane. The hearings will address an application to replat Lots 22 and 23, Block A, Highland Park North Phase A, Section 1, and to add an additional approximately 1.00-acre parcel of land to establish Lot 1, Block A, Kingston Lacy Boulevard, totaling 16.640 acres within the City of Pflugerville. The agenda for each public hearing will be posted 72 hours prior to the public hearing. Please check the city's website https://pflugervilletx.legistar.com or City Hall at 100 E. Main Street for information on whether the public hearings will be held via video/telephone conference or in-person.

On Wednesday, April 8 at noon, Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority will conduct a public hearing and take testimony on proposed August 2026 Service Changes.
