A public hearing will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7pm by the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding an application to replat the Haehnel Addition to include an approximate 1.38-acre tract of unplatted land situated in the Alexander Walters Survey No. 67 Abstract No. 791 in Pflugerville, TX, in order to create a 2.01 acre lot, to be known as the Moshfegh Bahrami Commercial Plat (FP2025-000575). The public hearing will be held at Pflugerville Municipal Court located at 1611 Pfenning Lane and the agenda for the public hearing will be posted 72 hours prior to the public hearing date. A public meeting is being held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at 3400 Sunrise Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665 to discuss the city's proposed project to expand the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System East Plant to 40 Million Gallons per Day (MGD). The East Plant is located at 3939 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665-9443.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the potential environmental impacts of the project. The total estimated construction cost of the project is $117,570,000. There is no expected water/wastewater/drainage rate increase required to finance this project. An application for financial assistance for the project has been filed with the Texas Water Development Board, P.O. Box 13231, Austin, Texas, 78711-3231. A copy of the Environmental Information Document for the project has been prepared which will be available for public review at 3400 Sunrise Rd, Round Rock, TX 78665 and at www.roundrocktexas.gov for 30 days following the date of this notice.
