NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Bee Cave is proposing to amend the zoning for an approximately 2.08-acre tract owned by Travis County ESD #6, located adjacent to the City's Police Department at 13333 State Highway 71. The parcel is currently unplatted and is identified as Travis Central Appraisal District Property ID 706791.
The subject property is currently zoned Town Center Mixed-Use (MU-TC). The zoning is proposed to be amended to Public District (P).
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings for the Above Referenced Matters:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on April 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider adoption of the ordinance rezoning the subject property.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.
The draft Zoning Map is on file and available for review by contacting the Planning and Development Department at Planning@beecavetexas.gov.
