This land is currently zoned, GR-CO: Community Commercial District-Conditional Overlay Combining District and LI-CO: Limited Industrial Service District-Conditional Overlay Combining District. The applicant proposes the land be rezoned; LI: Limited Industrial Service District.2. 3500, 3500 ½, 3502, 3506, 3700 N IH 35 SVRD SB, 1010 ½, 1012, 1012 ½, 1018, 1018 ½ Concordia Avenue, as more fully described in the Austin Planning Dept., file no. C814-06-0175.07. This land is currently zoned and will remain zoned; PUD-NP: Planned Unit Development District-Neighborhood Plan District. Note: The applicant is proposing to amend 1.13 acres of a previously approved PUD, to amend the land use plan and modify conditions of zoning, including increasing the maximum allowable height of Parcel A from 160 feet to 195 feet and to remove the vehicular access prohibition to Concordia Avenue.
