WEST BASTROP VILLAGE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF BASTROP COUNTY NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDED RATE ORDER AND PENALTIES
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of West Bastrop Village Municipal Utility District of Bastrop County (the "District"), at a meeting held on December 18, 2025, adopted an Amended Rate Order and Regulations Governing Water and Sanitary Sewer Line Connections ("Rate Order").
Violation of any of the rules contained in the District Rate Order will subject the violator to penalties, including but not limited to a fine of up to $10,000 per breach and/or day, payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation, and/or civil and criminal legal action.
A copy of the District Rate Order is on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 919 Congress Avenue, Suite 1500, Austin, TX 78701, where they may be read in full.
