NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICES AND DESIGNATION OF DISTRICT MEETING PLACES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT To the residents of SH130 Municipal Management District No. 1 and all other interested parties: TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Section 49.062(b), Texas Water Code, as amended, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of SH130 Municipal Management District No. 1 (the "District") has formally established meeting places for the District, outside the boundaries of the District, at the offices of Johnson Petrov LLP, 2929 Allen Parkway, Suite 3150, Houston, Texas 77019, and 248 Addie Roy Road, Building A, Suite 201, Austin, Texas 78746, which locations shall be used as meeting places for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District. Said meeting places are hereby declared to be public places and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board held at such meeting places. The offices of Johnson Petrov LLP are hereby designated as an office, outside the boundaries of the District, for the transaction of business and maintenance of records for the District.
