SUBSTITUTION OF LAND
Notice is hereby given that Caldwell County Municipal Utility District No. 9 will conduct a public hearing on the 21st day of November, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. in the offices of Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas, on applications received for the proposed exclusion of certain land from the boundaries of the District and the proposed inclusion of substitute land into the boundaries of the District. All interested parties are hereby advised of their right to appear at the hearing and to offer evidence in support of the applications and their right to contest the applications and to offer evidence in support of such contest.
