UNLIMITED TAX BONDS, SERIES 2025
The Board of Directors of Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 25 (the "District") will publicly receive sealed bids on their $10,500,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2025 (the "Bonds") on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 9:30 A.M., CST, at the offices of Specialized Public Finance Inc., 248 Addie Roy Road, Suite B-103, Austin, Texas 78746. At a meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 12:00 P.M., CST, at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP located at 919 Congress Avenue, Suite 1500, Austin, Texas 78701, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.
A bid for Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the President and Board of Directors of the District at the Specialized Public Finance Inc. address. All bidders must submit a signed "Official Bid Form" and a bank cashier's check in the amount of $210,000 made payable to the District as a Good Faith Deposit. Additional terms and conditions related to the submission of a bid for the Bonds are included in the "Official Notice of Sale."
The Bonds will mature serially on August 15, 2027 through August 15, 2050, and will be dated December 18, 2025. The "Official Notice of Sale," the "Preliminary Official Statement," and the "Official Bid Form" may be obtained from the District's Financial Advisor, Specialized Public Finance Inc., 248 Addie Roy Road, Suite B-103, Austin, Texas 78746, 512/275-7300. This notice does not constitute an offer to sell the Bonds but is merely notice of sale of the Bonds as required by Texas state law. The offer to sell the Bonds will be made by means of the "Official Notice of Sale," the "Preliminary Official Statement," and the "Official Bid Form."
