The City of Hutto is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the reconstruction and conversion of grass lined drainage channels into rectangular concrete channels, new construction of a retaining wall, and modifications to a concrete outlet structure of a detention pond.
