The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting request for proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the 2025 Pfennig GST Rehabilitation (WA2405) project which consists of: Contractor shall furnish materials, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to rehabilitate the two existing 500,000 gallon concrete ground storage tanks to include blasting and coating metal pipe, pipe and other welding repairs, interior exterior power washing and coating repairs with caulking, dehumidification, dust control and other necessary material and work components to deliver a complete project acceptable for owner use in accordance with project plans and specifications. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for the project will be held virtually from September 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM, refer to the project information on Civcast for details on how to join the pre-bid meeting. All questions, clarifications, or requests for general information should be in writing through Civcast. The submission deadline for questions will be September 29, 2025, 2:00 PM.

The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
A Maintenance Bond will be required in the amount of 10% of the Contract price and is to remain in force for a period of one year from the date of the letter of final acceptance from TC MUD 12, Lakeway M.U.D. and the City of Lakeway.
Prevailing Wage Rates, in accordance with Government Code 2258 are applicable to this project.

The objective of the four bid packages is to break the work down into manageable contracts while ensuring the proposing contractor captures all scope in the design documents in its entirety (Whole & Complete). This project will have MBE/WBE participation goals and relevant MBE/WBE contractor contact information will be provided to help meet these goals. All qualified contactors will receive consideration for award without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, sex or age.
