NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Case No. 26-945-SUP
The City of Bee Cave will hold public hearings to consider a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for property located at 3841 S RM 620, Bee Cave, Texas 78738, being Lot 2, Bee Cave Commercial Subdivision No. 1, approximately 3.68 acres, to allow a Research and Development Lab within the Community Mixed-Use (MU-C) District.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on August 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on August 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider approval, approval with conditions, or denial of the request.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738. Either hearing may be continued to a subsequent date announced at the meeting.

FOR INCLUSION OF TERRITORY INTO DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Texas Health & Safety Code § 775.051 that the Board of Commissioners of Travis County Emergency Services District No. 9 will hold a public hearing, open to the public, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on July 22, 2026, at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church, 7127 Bee Caves Rd., Austin, TX 78746, to receive comments from the public regarding a petition for annexation of certain territory into the District and whether approval of such petition would be feasible and benefit the District.
