Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Zoning and Planning Commission on August 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM and City Council on August 17, 2026 at 6:30 PM. All meetings will be held in City Hall located at 1102 Lohmans Crossing Road, City of Lakeway, Texas, at which time all persons wishing to do so will be allowed to speak for or against the following:
A request from Prestige Development Group, agent for the owner of 100 Birrell Street, for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a Fifth Third Bank with a drive-through.
