NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CAPCOG TxCDBG Program, 2027-28 Community Development Fund Project Priorites The Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) will conduct a public hearing about establishing regional project priorities for the Texas Department of Agriculture's (TDA) Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) 2027-28 Community Development (CD) Fund planning cycle. The hearing will start at 9 a.m., July 17 at CAPCOG, 6800 Burleson Road, Building 310, Suite 165 in Austin. Attendees can provide oral and written public comments. The TxCDBG CD Fund provides non-entitlement communities funding to support public infrastructure projects and other activities.
