NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FULL PURPOSE ANNEXATION INTO AUSTIN
A public hearing will be held by the City Council of Austin, Texas, for the Dog's Head rights-of-way (ROW) annexation area. The proposed annexation includes portions of Hergotz Lane, Thompson Lane, Edwin Lane, Dalton Lane, and Ramirez Lane rights-of-way that are contiguous or connecting to the City's current full purpose jurisdictional boundaries in East Austin. At the hearing, City Council will hear and consider comments on issues related to the full purpose annexation of land in Travis County.
Hearing date and location: July 23, 2026, meeting convenes at 10:00 AM at Austin City Hall, 301 W. 2nd St., Austin, TX 78701. All speakers must register in advance. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Title 12, Chapter 505, Sections 505.159 and 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation ("PCDC") will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting place located at 3801 Helios Way, Suite 130, Pflugerville, Texas 78660 at a meeting to commence at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th day of June, 2026. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment prior to the expenditure of Type B sales tax funds of PCDC in support of the following projects:
