The City of Bee Cave will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to Section 3.4.5 (Non-residential and mixed-use design standards and incentives) of the Unified Development Code to update elements required on all buildings and provide a method for alternative compliance.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider adoption of the ordinance amending the UDC.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be conducted by the City Council of Kyle, Texas on May 19, 2026 at or after 7:00 p.m. at Kyle City Hall, 100 W. Center Street, Kyle, Texas 78640. The public hearing will be held to consider proposed assessments to be levied against the assessable property within Improvement Area #6 of the 6 Creeks Public Improvement District (the "District") and to consider the issuance of special assessment revenue bonds to provide public improvements in connection with the 6 Creeks Public Improvement District Improvement Area #6 Project, in an aggregate approximate amount of $18,288,000, all pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended. The proposed improvements to be undertaken at this time include street improvements, drainage improvements, water improvements, wastewater improvements, landscaping improvements, detention improvements, a portion of a WWTP capacity payment, lift station and force main improvements, offsite water improvements, trail improvements, improvements to 6 Creeks Boulevard, costs related to designing, constructing, and installing of the improvements, other improvements similar to those described above, bond issuance costs, and the first year annual collection costs (collectively, the "Improvement Area #6 Improvements").
The total costs of the Improvement Area #6 Improvements, including administrative costs and the costs of issuing bonds, are $18,288,000.
The boundaries of the District include approximately 858.7 acres of land located approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the City center near Interstate Highway 35 and Farm to Market Road 150, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City. The boundaries of Improvement Area #6 of the District include approximately 113.707 acres of land within the District, as more particularly described by the metes and bounds descriptions available at Kyle City Hall for public inspection.
All written or oral objections on the proposed assessments within Improvement Area #6 of the District will be considered at the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FULL PURPOSE ANNEXATION INTO AUSTIN
A public hearing will be held by the City Council of Austin, Texas, for the Dog's Head annexation area. At the hearing, City Council will hear and consider comments on issues related to the full purpose annexation of land in Travis County.
Hearing date and location: May 21, 2026, meeting convenes at 10:00 AM at Austin City Hall, 301 W. 2nd St., Austin, TX 78701. All speakers must register in advance. Case number C7a-2026-0003, Dog's Head Full Purpose annexation area (approximately 2,614 acres) is in eastern Travis County, located between the Colorado River, US Highway 183, and State Highway 130. The area is currently in Austin's extraterritorial jurisdiction and is adjacent to the City of Austin's current full purpose jurisdiction boundary.
